We’re also going to learn that we need to see through buyers’ frustrations and look into the heart of a person who’s good and is reasonable.

Today, we’re talking about a battle that rages in all of us, and that battle is between ego and humility. I think we’re all fighting this battle, and we’re fighting it every single day.
all of us must self-examine and understand that this is a part of human nature. And like anything else, nothing great ever just happens. If you want to become a person of humility, you have to pursue it. We call it seeking excellence.
Vince Lombardi is widely known as one of the greatest coaches who ever lived and I learned about the Lombardi Five from my first mentor in the car business.

Today’s Seek Excellence is from the Ask The Coach File… One question I get all the time is “What do you do in the morning?”
A lot of people know I get up at 5:00 AM most days. I couldn’t live without my morning routine. I honestly believe that this gives me powerful living. And people ask me all the time, how do you stay like that? How are you so up all the time? Positive. And driven. And energized? But how do you do that? That’s not natural.
It’s not natural, or automatic. Nothing great ever just happens. I want to be like that and I pursue that through good habits.
