What shows up here: Stores that have gone quiet (no tracking activity) and stores where gross profit is backsliding from their peak. These are your coaching triggers — if a store stops tracking or their numbers drop, it's time for a check-in before bad habits take root.

What you're looking at: Weekly trend lines for the metrics that matter — gross profit, discounting, and close rate. The dashed baseline is their starting point (first 4 weeks of data). Everything after that tells you if the training is sticking.
The pattern to watch for: Most stores improve in the first 60–90 days, then plateau or backslide. That's normal — and it's the moment coaching matters most. If the line dips below baseline, that store needs attention. If it's climbing, call it out — recognition reinforces results.
