How It Works

A clear path to consistent closers.

The Dealership Playbook isn’t a one-time course. It’s a system that lives with your store — guiding your team from the first conversation through years of working the floor. Five stages, one experience, start to finish.

The Journey

Five stages, one system.

Each stage builds on the last. No guesswork, no overwhelm — just the next right step, every time.

Stage 1

Strategy Session

We start with your numbers, not a pitch. You bring your Monthly Opportunity Report — the gross your store is leaving on the table — and we walk through it together, build your real baseline, and tailor a plan to your floor. Most dealers who come prepared leave with a clear plan and their Onboarding Huddle on the calendar.

Stage 2

Onboarding Huddle

The day you sign up, your welcome email and onboarding checklist land, and you can add your whole team — managers and salespeople — right then. Your Onboarding Huddle gets scheduled on your Strategy Session, usually within a week. That’s where we get everyone set up to win: managers run their prep first — leaders prepare first, so the team follows — and you walk in ready, with a Training Champion in your store who owns the rollout.

Stage 3

Fast Start (21-day course)

Your team launches the 21-Day Fast Start in-store, and your managers lead it. Forget meetings — this is a daily huddle. Short, high-energy, same time every day: we instruct, we inform, we inspire, and we’re in and out. It prepares your team to win that day, and it installs the daily rhythm that makes consistency the default.

Stage 4

Systems Huddle

Around the 30-day mark, we review the first month together — adoption, habits, what’s working, and what’s next. It’s positive accountability, never a hammer. You leave with your next 30-day operating plan and the next piece of the puzzle to keep momentum building.

Stage 5

Ongoing Habit Review

A low-key, ongoing check-in, by design. A quick pulse on account health, a couple of wins, and we’re back to selling cars. This is where the system keeps the habits sticking and a good month stops being luck — turning your results into proof, month after month.

Simple by design

What makes it easy to run.

15 minutes a day

Most of our training videos are about five minutes long — and every one of them impacts what your team does that day.

Daily emails

We send daily reminders with direct links to resume training, so it becomes a habit — not another thing to remember.

Guided training

The system guides you step by step, so you can focus on improving your people.
